A. Member and non-member are eligible to participate in fishing a tournament as long as the entery fees are paid in full, no exception.

A. Safe boating conduct will be observed at all times by all competitors.
B. Any boat with key starter must have kill switch in the boat. Life jacket must be worn all the time when gas motor is in opeating.
C. Boat courtesy, safety, and conservation should observed at all times.
D. Windy weather that is at 10 to 12 mph on an open lake, the tournament shall be cancelled and follow on with plans B if necessary.
E. All members shall exchange e-mail address,or text with all Member for emergency purpose in event when any of us have problem on the lake.

B. Only casting,spin casting, spinning rods and reels shall be allowed. only one (1) fishing rod is allowed in use at a time. Additional
rigged rods will be permitted in the boat as substitutes. Any size fishing rod shall be permitted. Trolling is prohitbited.

A. Type of black bass allowed, Largemouth, Smallmouth, and spotted bass ( kentucky).
B. Fish must be Twelve (12) inches in length, or larger if the state fishing regulation requires it on certain lakes.

A. A regular fishing Tournament held by OBAD shall be six (6) times from April to September on the 4th Saturday each month except
3rd Saturday in May.
B. Tournament time shall run 6a.m. to 2 p.m. Unless otherwise specify.
C. There shall be no fishing practices a day before the tournament. if any angler caught practicing shall be disqualified for the next day tournament.
D. Day before the tournament, it will be illegal to leave the boat on water overnight. the boat
shall be disqualified.

F. contestants who display poor sportsmanship, violates drugs use and intoxication will automatically disqualified from those days tournament.
G. OBAD shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or stolen items or accidents resulting in injury or death to any person participating in OBAD 's tournament.

At banquet, the member shall pick out (6) different lake for the tournament. only one out of six (6) lake shall pick a lake where there is a restriction (10 hp or electric trolling) to be fished on. Members shall pick a lake of the month to use special artificial lure ( worm, grub, tube otter, beaver and wacky worm) and specify color given.
I. 75% of the winning prize shall be given to the winner based on six (6) or more entries. The prizes shall be monies handed out to the winners on the day ather the tournament . prizes based on percentage on six (6) entries or more. if less than six (6) entries, tournament shall be cancelled.

A. All fish caught shall be measured laid flat or horizontal position with mouth closed and tail flushed in and/ or move trail whichever meets the measurement before being weighted.
B. Each bass caught score will be on an ounce for ounce basis for live fish weighted in. Any dead fish weighted will have two (2) ounce deducted (.125 on digital scale ) from weight.
C.when out on the lake during the tournament, in event of sudden Change in weather ( thunderstrom, windy), boat owner who unable to make it back for weigt in shall still bring his/her fish for weigh in.
D. Anyone caught altering a fish for the purpose of adding weight and/ or length will be dismissed from entire tournaments.
E. In case of a tie , the angler with the most fish will be declared the winner. In case of a further tie, then the winner of largest bass caught will be determined first by weight, second by length, and third by girth.
